Advancing into the European market with synchronized application of integrated die-casting, LK successfully concluded its participation in EUROGUSS 2024.
From: 2024-01-16 To: 2024-01-18
Region: Germany
On January 18th, the 3-day EUROGUSS 2024 Die Casting Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany, came to a successful conclusion.
As a crucial platform for global forging and casting industry enterprises to exchange ideas, showcase innovative technologies and products, and explore international markets to increase product exports, EUROGUSS 2024 served as a gateway for LK Group to further expand into the European high-end new energy vehicle manufacturing market and magnesium alloy die-casting application market.
Mr. Zhang Libo, President of the China Foundry Association, led the 2024 European Die Casting Industry Inspection Tour to visit and exchange views at LK's booth.
Integrated die-casting is a major trend in the automotive manufacturing industry, with profound implications for promoting lightweighting and energy conservation. As European traditional automotive manufacturers vigorously promote lightweight manufacturing of new energy vehicles, the importance of integrated die-casting technology for large automotive structural components is being recognized, and the market space is rapidly expanding. LK Group's research on 6000T-16000T ultra-large intelligent die-casting units has enabled mass production of large integrated structural components such as front cabins, rear floors, and battery packs for various vehicle models such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. LK Group is committed to providing European automotive manufacturers with high-performance, efficient, and technologically mature integrated die-casting solutions, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the European automotive industry market.
Magnesium-aluminum alloy is one of the two ideal materials for automotive lightweighting, and magnesium alloy materials are expected to become the most direct and effective way for automotive lightweight manufacturing. LK Group's latest research on technical solutions for magnesium alloy products—TPI die-casting machines—has attracted attention from the audience. TPI die-casting machines can bring cost-effective value choices to users and can be customized according to user needs. With a wide range of pre-designed modules suitable for various mold sizes, short delivery times, and high production efficiency, TPI die-casting machines allow for maintaining the required dynamics without the need for heavy-duty screw acceleration during the injection process. By using hydraulic, precise, and controllable motion to seal the metering chamber and filling chamber, the performance range is more extensive.
Although EUROGUSS 2024 has come to an end, LK Group's commitment to technological innovation is far from over. It continues to improve equipment performance, efficiency, reliability, and stability, which are the goals that LK tirelessly pursues.
For the next EUROGUSS exhibition, please stay tuned for LK's innovative technical solutions!
