LK CNC Solutions will be unveiled at CCMT 2024

From April 8th to 12th, the 13th edition of China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2024) will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

 

The theme of CCMT2024 is "Focus—Digital·Internet·Intelligent Manufacturing". The domestic and oversea exhibitors in machine tool industry will showcase the most cutting-edge products, new technologies, and the latest digital intelligence integration, presenting the current status of manufacturing development and the future application scenarios.

LG-500 horizontal machining center

Equipped with a dual-channel CNC system, high-rigidity spindle and high-performance AC servo motor, LG-500 provides fully enclosed protection. It can turn up and down at the same time which can be completed in one clamping. LG-500 suitables for processing various shafts, sleeves and disk parts with complex shapes, also is suitable for rotating processing of multiple varieties, small and medium batches. 

 

VM-2 vertical machining center

The standard 15-inch screen provides clear vision and easy operation. It adopts fixed column design, providing high acceleration and deceleration. The workpiece is easy to clamp and position. Equipped with the standard spiral chip removal and large-capacity water tank, users can remove the chips effectively. VM-2 able to process complex parts in automobile, communications, mold and other industries.

 

LTR-8 horizontal machining center

 

Integrated with the high-rigidity spindle, LTR-8 provides high precision and long life cycle. The servo drive is equipped with THK high-precision ball screws and linear guides to ensure the best combination of machine tool feed accuracy and rigidity. LTR-8 featuring convenient clamping, fast tool change, high positioning accuracy and large locking force. It can turn internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, chamfers, threads etc. with a high pass rate.
