LKIMM intelligent injection molding solutions will be unveiled at the 2024 FAKUMA in Germany

From October 15th to 19th, Germany's largest plastic processing exhibition-FAKUMA2024 will be held at the Messe Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center in Germany. The exhibition covers leading technologies and products in various fields from plastic processing raw materials to production machinery.

At this exhibition, LKIMM will participate in the exhibition with efficient, precise, clean and environmentally friendly green production technology solutions, displaying the PT-V 200 servo precision injection molding machine and EL 130 that are widely used in communications electronics, optics, medical, packaging, toys and other industries. All-electric high-efficiency injection molding machine produces vernier caliper related parts on-site. 

The injection table structure of the PT-V 200 servo precision injection molding machine has a new electric pre-molding interface and is equipped with a high-precision linear guide injection unit. The power of the entire machine is increased by 15%-25% and the molding cycle is shortened by 10%-20%.

 

Comprehensively optimize the mold clamping and hinge structures to make the operation more efficient and stable. Flexible modular design can meet multi-faceted production needs by matching different injection and glue combinations.

The EL 130 all-electric high-efficiency injection molding machine adopts a modular design and an open platform, and can be easily connected to the Internet system to build a high-standard intelligent and clean production workshop.

 

The all-electric power source has an energy utilization rate of more than 95%, saving more than 20% of electricity compared with traditional hydraulic presses, and the water consumption is 10% of that of hydraulic presses. The motor and control system are connected by a high-speed EtherCAT bus, which provides fast response. High-precision template guidance and template parallelism ensure smooth movement and effectively reduce energy consumption during template movement.
